President Al-Bashir bids farewell to Sudan's ambassadors to Bahrain and Tunisia

 

Khartoum, Jan. 28 (SUNA) - President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir has appreciated the role being played by the Sudanese diplomacy in enhancing the external relations of Sudan as well as boosting the bilateral, regional and international cooperation. This came when the President of the Republic received at the Guest House Wednesday the Sudanese Ambassadors to the Kingdom of Bahrain and Tunisia, Mohamed Mahmoud Abu-Sinn and Omer Haidar Abu Zaid, respectively. President Al-Bashir affirmed Sudan's keenness to maintain good foreign relations based on its well-established national principles in order to serve the common interests of Sudan and the other countries as well. Meanwhile, State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ali Karti, who attended the farewell meeting, said in a statement to SUNA that the relations linking Sudan and the Kingdom of Bahrain and Tunisia witness growing development. Karti further pointed out that Sudan is keen to boost these relations as well as enhancing the bilateral cooperation with Tunisia and Bahrain in order to serve the common interests. MF/ BT
