Police Forces Adopt Arrangements for Security of Citizens and Public Establishments
Khartoum, May 9 (SUNA) - The Police Forces Command announced that it adopted the required arrangements for the safety and security of citizens and the public establishments after it has monitored, in coordination with the security authorities, movements of the rebel group of Dr. Khalil Ibrahim, to carry out subversive acts through infiltration in the national capital and other towns. In a statement issued Friday, the Press Office of the Police Forces Command stated that the police forces are monitoring and following up attempts of certain elements to commit sabotage acts. The Police Forces Command called on all citizens to cooperate with the police authorities and inform immediately about any suspected activities. The statement affirmed the police forces readiness to confront any act aimed to undermine the internal security and stability. MO/MO
