Office of spokesman of the Armed Forces issues statement on movements by the group of rebel Khalil Ibrahim
Khartoum, May 8 (SUNA) - The office of the spokesman of the Armed Forces issued Thursday a statement on monitoring by the security organs to movements by the group of rebel Khalil Ibrahim to carry out subversive acts and a propaganda ploy. The statement said the security organs have remained monitoring in the past period information on preparations and arrangements being made by the group of rebel Khalil Ibrahim to carry out subversive acts and a propaganda ploy through infiltration to the national capital and some towns, pointing that in this context entry of groups of these rebels into the country through the Chadian borders by vehicles has been detected. The statement went on to say that the security organs have carried out all arrangements to secure towns and installations, affirming that the military and security organs will remain vigilant to protect the country and its security.
