National Forum of People of Sudan to hold concluding session Wednesday
Khartoum, Nov. 9 (SUNA) - President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir is to address next Wednesday the concluding session of the National Forum of the People of Sudan on Darfur issue following the conclusion of deliberations by the forum's seven specialized committees. In this respect, the Spokesman of the National Forum of the People of Sudan on Darfur Issue and chairman of the forum's information, public relations and peace atmosphere committee Dr. Jalal Yousif Al-Degair, said in a press conference at the Friendship Hall Sunday that the recommendations of the forum will be a real addition and support to the negotiations mechanism in Doha towards solving the issue of Darfur. The Spokesman of the Forum pointed that the voice of the armed movements was heard in the Forum of the people of Sudan a matter which will pose a wide solid political ground that would be included in the visions of the political forces, including the armed movements. Dr. Al-Degair further expressed his hope that the Popular Congress Party and the communist party would join in the coming phase. MF/ BT
