National Assembly to hear statement of Minister of Foreign Affairs on Foreign Policy
Khartoum, Oct. 26 (SUNA) - The National Assembly is due to hear Monday to a report of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Deng Alor, on the foreign policy. The Assembly will further hear a report by the Minister of Social Welfare and Children and Women Affairs, Samia Ahmed Mohamed, on the performance of her Ministry in the year 2008 and its plan for the year 2009. The National Assembly will discuss Tuesday the report of the fact-finding parliamentary committee on the incidents of Omdurman. The Assembly will further discuss a bill that will be presented by the chairman of the assembly's Affairs committee on the light of the nominations of the Presidency of the Republic to the position of the chairman and memberships of the Council of the Political Parties' Affairs.
