Ministry of Foreign Affairs ridicules Israeli allegations on transporting of weapons to Gaza via Sudan
Khartoum, Jan. 12 (SUNA) - The Official Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Ali Al-Saddiq Monday ridiculed allegations by Israel that Yemen was smuggling rockets to Gaza Strip via the Sudan, Egypt and Eritrea. Ambassador Ali Al-Saddiq said in a statement to SUNA that such rumors are nothing but mere cheap Zionist propaganda to harm and undermine the Sudan and its people because of its supportive stances to the Palestinian right and rejection to the massacre being perpetrated by the Zionist entity in Gaza Strip. The Official Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added that these allegations are baseless and unfounded. He said speaking about smuggling of weapons to the Palestinian occupied lands in West Bank and the Gaza Strip is a sort of impossible action in view that Israel tightens its grip on these areas whether it is via land, sea and air.
