Minister at the Presidency of the Republic Addresses CISSA Workshop
Khartoum, Nov. 26 (SUNA) - The Minister of Presidency, Gen. Bakri Hassan Saleh, affirmed that the Third Workshop of the Committee of Intelligence on Security Services in Africa (CISSA), currently on session in Khartoum, comes in the context of the continuing deliberations on the common security threats that are facing the African continent, top of them is the exploitation of International Criminal Court (ICC) as a tool for realizing political and strategic goals of some international forces. The minister said in his address at CISSA workshop at the Friendship Hall Tuesday that the African peoples are looking forward for the workshop to come out with decisions and recommendations that boost the legal and political stances, rejecting hegemony under the name of justice and its institutions, referring to the stances of the African Union (AU) Summit in Sharm Al- Sheikh and other international stances. He said that the Africa is witnessing a number of crises in eastern, central and western parts, a matter that negatively affected on security and stability of the continent. IF/MO
