APA-Tripoli (Libya) Sudanese and Libyan women discussed means of supporting the existing cooperation between them Friday in Tripoli.
The meeting included Elham Endeer general director of Libyan Noun information and cultural centre, and Dr Miriam Elssadek Elmahdi assistant secretary of the Sudanese Umma Party.
During the meeting, Miriam Elmahdi reviewed the difficulties and obstacles that Sudanese woman face.
She affirmed that they were able to achieve a lot in the area of development despite poverty, and being victims of political and armed conflicts.
Several issues on African woman were tackled during the meeting. |
