Dr. Ismail and China Ambassador Discuss Preparations to Celebrate Golden Jubilee for Sudanese-Chinese Relations
Khartoum, Jan. 28 (SUNA)- The Presidential Advisor and Secretary of External Relations at the National Congress, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail, Wednesday received the Ambassador of China to Sudan and discussed the preparations being conducted by the National Congress and the Chinese Communist Party to celebrate the 50th anniversary for establishing the distinguished relations between the two countries. Dr. Ismail called for further expansion to the bilateral relations and more accomplishments in all fields of cooperation. He referred to the role of the two parties for consolidating the Sudanese-Chinese relations, appreciating the efforts of China Ambassador to Sudan in this respect. SUNA learned that the National Congress will receive in Khartoum the Minister of External Relations at the Communist Party, in the context of the National Congress celebration of the Golden Jubilee of the Sudanese-Chinese relations, scheduled to be held in early next March in Khartoum and Beijing. The leaderships of the two parties will exchange messages and congratulation cables on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee. MO/MO
