Dr. Al-Jaz Receives Director of Chinese Telecommunication Company
Khartoum, Dec. 2 (SUNA) - Minister of Finance and National Economy Dr. Awad Ahmed Al-Jaz has affirmed his ministry' concern with Chinese investments in Sudan and opening the door for Chinese companies to invest in the country. This came when Dr. Al-Jaz received at his office the Director of the Chinese Hawaii Telecommunication Company in North Africa. The minister affirmed readiness to provide facilities to the company to operate in telecommunication sector in Sudan, referring to the strategic location of Sudan in the Arab-African area. Meanwhile, the Director of the company lauded the Sudanese-Chinese relations, describing them as distinguished in all domains, reaffirming his company's desire to invest in the telecommunication sector in Sudan, using its wide experience in North Africa area.
