Council of Ministers approves bills on amendment of the Criminal Law and Human Rights and Lands Commissions Acts
Khartoum, Nov. 20 (SUNA) - The Council of Ministers, chaired by Vice President Ali Osman Mohamed Taha, Thursday approved bills on amendment of the Criminal Law, 2008 and Human Rights and Lands Commissions Acts, 2008. The bills were presented before the Council by the Minister of Justice, Abdel-Basit Sabdarat. The Cabinet, moreover, approved bills on organization of foreign trade act, 2008 and combating dumping act, 2008. The bills were presented by the Minister of Foreign Trade, James Kok. The Council, meanwhile, got acquainted with preparations for holding the joint Sudanese-Jordanian committee scheduled for next week and which is expected to arrive at agreements in favour of the two peoples.
