Chad notifies Sudan on arrival of its ambassador Sunday to assume his work
Khartoum, Nov. 8 (SUNA) - Presidential Adviser Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail received Saturday a telephone call from Chadian Foreign Minister Musa Faki notifying him that the Chadian ambassador would return to Khartoum Sunday to assume his work. Dr. Ismail said in a statement to SUNA that it is expected that Sudan ambassador to Chad would leave on the same day to N'djamena to assume his work there. Dr. Ismail pointed out that implementation of the decisions of the recent Tripoli meeting on the exchange of ambassadors between Sudan and Chad is progressing as agreed upon. The tripartite committee on restoration of relations and exchange of ambassadors between Sudan and Chad met in Tripoli on October 23, with the participation of Dr. Ismail, Secretary of the African Union Affairs at the Libyan Foreign Ministry Dr. Abdul-Salam Al-Traiki and Chadian Foreign Minister Musa Faki.
