It is time to Omar Al-basher stopped the killing and bloodshed in Defer.

Tue-27 August 2008 ( London )

We in the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) want to emphasize to the National Congress most especially to Al-Basher that his lies and manipulations will not solved the crisis of Darfur .

He claimed that those killers whom had being killed in Darfur have all ended up in hellfire, since the intervention of the International Criminal Court demanding the arrest of criminals who have committed war crimes and Crimes against humanity in Darfur .

Al-Basher is only good at prosecuting and his hypocrisy; he makes       a lot of propaganda while committing genocide and atrocities. Bombing and killing civilians, which is constant occurrence in Darfur .

There is always bloodshed of innocent children, woman and elderly people in Darfur . The hoodlums in the government carry out looting properties and raping of women and children.

Recently what is going on in Kalama camp east of the Nyala in Southern Darfur is unacceptable and al-basher is the only once responsible for killing civilians. Now that al-basher has being indicted by the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno-Ocampo called for the arrest of Omar Al-Basher for his Governments ruthless campaign of violence. He realizes that power belongs to God and he now fears God.

As many as 400,000 people have been killed in Darfur . Another 2.5 million have been driven from their homes and into danger. The threat of rape, torture, murder and malnutrition pursue the women and children of Darfur wherever they flee. World leaders must unite now to end the genocide and establish a lasting peace in Darfur .

 We in the Sudan Liberation Movement urge the international community and all non government organizations, UN and AU to:

1. Make ending the crisis in Darfur one of their top priorities;

2. Push for the fastest possible deployment of the hybrid U.N.-A.U. Peacekeeping force authorized by the U.N. Security Council in July 2007;

3. Pressure contributing nations to fully and immediately meet their pledges of troops, funding, equipment, and logistical support;

4. Increase humanitarian aid and ensure access for its safe delivery.

5. Work to ensure the Sudanese government's full participation in a just and inclusive peace process, and to overcome any attempts to obstruct or delay the protection of civilians or the peace proces
