The conflicting parties are two sides to the same coin. They thought they can finish their differences and each other in a far away place, and the choice for the burial was Darfur.
They thought they will be able to bury the conflict so quickly with some of the civilians in the area that have no relevance to Khartoum and to the structure of power. However, the situation has turned into an uncontrollable and uncontainable one.
Now they are crying Wolf.
My concern is the innocent people in Darfur who are dying for no reason what so ever, except they happened to be there. If the Concern Sudanese can not do anything about it, why not to approve the intervention of the UN Peace Keeping army to save the lives of millions and to facilitate the distribution of food and non food materials by the relief agencies.
The international hands are already there anyway, in different shapes and forms.
Let us not hide our ######### in the sands!!!
