I have read your reply to my letter and I request for your co-operation with me in claiming and investing my funds overseas. I can understand you needed complete details or steps whereby you can proceed in handling this for me.
Without wasting time due to my present situation, I will like you to know the requisition is as follows.
1. Like I did mention in my previous letter, the money has been carefully packaged during the time of depositing it in Royal Precious Security Company for safe keeping in a vault holding company in Benin by my late Father Mr. George Paul.
2. During the Crisis in my Country Sierra Leone I was able to manipulate through United Nations peace keeping force to run into safety into Republic of Benin Refugee Camp . No one else is aware of this deposit and for this reason, I request your urgent move to claim the deposit and move the cash into your bank for investments purpose.
3. It is well in thy Name of God/Allah because my lawyer has promised to take all responsibility to secure all the legal claim documents, bearing your name as my foreign investor manager in position to put claim on the deposited consignment in your favour.
4. The only responsibility you will take is the Security Company Clearance fee so that they will endorse the change of ownership to your name, from the Royal Precious Security Company for onward transfer of the said fund to your nominated bank account.
5. I want you to stand as a trustee to the deposit fund, also I want you to secure a resident permit for me to come over to your country to further my education upon transfer is carry out to your bank account.
If you are capable to handle this transaction confidential with me as you know I am hiding my identity from the authorities for them not to confiscate my life inheritance back to Sierra Leone kindly furnish below information's.
