Good statistical analysis. The question is how representative is KUSU to the Sudanese society at large? It is true that the so-called “Islamists” may show high representation for reasons that are related to the fact that they can afford college education and the un-leveled field that Inghaz created that is biased to towards these kinds of groups in the society. Consequently, these groups disproportionately populate Uof K. That is not to rule out that these elections reflect some real patterns emerging in the last two decades or so.
