    evaluation of numerous tests and examinations for the United State

    school system.

    1986-1991: Sudanese Saving Bank in Medani, Sudan

    Director: the Department of Planning Research and Training.



    1978-1986: Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Sudan

    Economist: Served on teams for planning and inspecting the General

    Budget of Sudan.

    Works as an Assistant Director for Project Development (preparing

    feasibility studies, and proposing local and foreign finance planning.

    Served on teams for negotiating food projects with the officials of the

    United Nations.

    Achievements :



    As a founder and private Consultant at Focus foundation for Consultancy Training and Research executed the following projects:



    1- Evaluation of the overall activity of the Gender Center for Research and Training for three years.



    2- Baseline survey of Women Development Associations in Kasala.



    3- Evaluation of Women Development Association in north Darfur.



    4- Participation in Evaluation of Food Security Programs in Darfur



    5- In the project of the UNDP : Good Governance and Political Participation, conducted a worship entitled “ Gender Mainstreaming and Good Governance” , form a Training Manual covering the same subject and conducted a six days training workshop to test the manual.

    * ‘Jihad or Freedom of Belief?! Anti terrorist understanding of Islam’. A book published by Authorhouse, 2004- Bloomington Indiana USA.



    * ‘Islamic Thought and the Case of Women’ A book published in 1997 by Lone Star Company, Texas USA.



    * “Religion and the Cultural Diversity in Sudan”, A paper presented in symposium prepared by the Center of Sudanese Studies in Cairo under the title ‘Cultural Diversity and the Building of the National State in Sudan’ 1-3 Aril 1995, Cairo University, Egypt. Published in 1996 by the center in Cairo , Egypt.



    * “Human Rights under Islamic State- Sudan as a case study” A paper presented in the International Conference of Social Studies, San Diego March 1996.



    * ‘Human Rights Education in the Arab-Islamic Region-Problems & Prospects’ A paper presented in a workshop organized by CIHRS titled (Difficulties Facing Human Rights Activists in the Middle East) May 1995



    * “The Feminist Dilemma: Egypt as a case study” presented in the 13th African Educational Research Symposium 6-7, 1998 Ohio University. Published in 1999 by the African Students Union at Ohio University, Athens Ohio, USA



    * ‘ Women Rights under Islamic State- Sudan a case of focus’ presented in the annual conference of Sudan Studies Association – Santa Clara University, California. May 2004.



    * ‘Does the AUO Protocol on Women Rights in Africa Compliment the Tenets of Islam?’ A paper presented in the symposium hosted by Aahfad University, Omdurman Sudan January 2006.



    * ‘Violence against Women from Islamic Perspective’ A paper presented in a seminar arranged by Salma Center for Women Studies, Khartoum Hilton Hotel April 2006.
