.... First of all my apologies for writing in English no Arabic Keyboard
It is good that we always seeks the answers from those who are in the know ... get a second opinion and all that ...
The smart thing you are doing here is that you are asking the right person... and Adarob masha allah knows what he is talking about....
Muslims have a very special relationship with their religion and believe that it should be with in the answers to all their questions...
But of course that can never be the case.... and that is why allah gave us those brain to use them ... using the spirit of Quran... Logic and common sense ....
We need to move on from the old and come up with new answers... explanations and ways to understand what is Islam really all about....
We will be doing the same that those men were doing 1000 years ago when they interpreted on their own ways, write or wrong what they believed was the answers to many new questions provided by new cultures, new nations joining, new problems ...due to new times
I believe that Islam is all about Justice above anything else ... and anything that is not just and make sense I personally question it ... I look always for alternative answers with in that can make sense to me and just in my opinion, so that I follow it with conviction... What is the point of doing something that deep inside I am questioning it is validity ... who I am lying to ... myself or Allah gal galaluh... I have given up on Hadeath long time ago and stuck with the Quran knowing it is the one source that has not been played with and manipulated to someone's own needs for fatwa ....
It is time we stood up to all the old nonsense .... clear our religion from the unjust ... and from the lies ....
It is time to give this great religion it is correct and overdue position in this world ... as a guidance to a better world ...
Please try to read with open mind some of Dr. Gamal albanna... some of Dr. Sha7rour...and many others who stick to Quran and comon sense to understand it ... and use the quran itself to interpet it ... from within ....
Read the real sirra ... and check Farag Foda and others who looked at this history without emotion ...
Thanks for inviting the great Dr. Adarob... and keep searching ... but remember the open mind ... and what a wonderful gift the mind is....
