Sudan opens new Embassy building in the UAE in April

Sudan's Ambassador to the U.A.E., Ahmed Yousif, announced on Monday the opening of the new Embassy building in UAE on 21 April, and the building is located in an area of 9,000 square meters.
Sudanese diplomat said in remarks that the plot was given to Sudanese Embassy since 1978, pointing out that there are several factors contributed to disruption of the construction process.
Yousif stressed the depth of the relations between Sudan and UAE, pointing out that Sudan is the first State to recognize the UAE, adding that the economic relations between the two countries marked by prosperity, noting that there are many UAE investments in Sudan especially in banking and agriculture, adding that the UAE is the first trading partner of Sudan.
