A partnership between Sudan and Arab Union for Human Resources Development

Arab Union for Human Resources Development discussed with Sudan’s State Minister at the Ministry of Human Resources Development and Labour, Dr. Amna Dirar, establishing of a partnership between the Union and Sudan.
After two-day meeting in the Egyptian capital of Cairo between the two parties, Sudanese minister said in statements on Saturday that Arab Union for Human Resources Development is capable of preparing Sudanese generations that can lead the nation in the coming years, pointing out that the work will be accomplished through the different activities and events between the Union and the Management Development Centre and Sudan Academy for Administrative Sciences
For his part, the General Manager of Arab Union for Human Resources Development, Ayman Al-Gondi, stressed that the cooperation with Sudanese side will be done via a series of workshops to learn new trends in management, information, sustainable development, knowledge management and strategic thinking
Al-Gondi said that partnership based on cooperation in the construction of nurseries for creating of the leaders within Sudan’s Ministry of human resource development to qualify the second and third ranks of the leaders, adding that the Union will assess the training needs of all provinces of Sudan to set an ambitious plan for the development of human resources
